Final guest counts are due at least 1 week before event date.
Payment - 15% due at signing of contract with balance due 1 week before event date. Credit card number required before event for any additional fees that may occur.
Cancellation - Full refunds offered up to 3 months before event, after that the deposit will be forfeited.
Tax - Standard catering tax rate of 8.241% will be added to final bill.
Gratuity - Totals will not include gratuity.
